Sara Allen

May 10, 2019

Hello, my name is Sara Allen and I lived at Leisure Villa where Lindy had lived before moving to Missouri.
She was always smiling and was nice to talk too.
Dorothy Green and Lindy were very good friends. At Christmas time, Lindy and Dorothy would have a contest to see who would put up their decorations first.
Lindy lived upstairs across from Dorothy and their living rooms faced each other. I'd go over to visit with Dorothy and she'd say, look Sara, Lindy one again lol
We'd laugh and say old well...maybe next year.
They would also play pinochle at least once a week even though Lindys crippled hands got worse. She just kept playing and having the best fun. She was a grand lady, that's for sure and I know all her loved ones miss her very much. But just think, you will see her again all healed and new and spunky as can be. That is Jehovah's promise and he never lies. We are his children and he loves us all so very much.
Dorothy Green passed away nine days before she turned 100 years old. And Grace Johnston, across the way from Dorothy, lived to be 102. She was friends with Lindy too. Bless you all
