Chris: I know your dad will be missed. I did not know him that well but if you were anything like him he was a great individual. You and your family are in my prayers. Charles Young

To know Uncle Leo was to love him. He was an inspiration to all of us. I 'll miss our telephone calls and the opportunity to reminisce about the Quarti Family. He was always excited to relate his casino adventures. Bob, you and your family can be comforted knowing that you gave him the love, care and support that made his final years happy. May your cherished memories console you in your grief. Know that I will always remember your dad with love and admiration. Jane

Sorry to hear of Uncle Leo's passing. I remember a trip with my mom ( Mary) in the 60's and visiting his home in Higginsville. By the end of the trip I felt he was someone I had known for a long time.
