Leo Willard Obituary
Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 19, and Thursday, Oct. 20, from 9 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. at Russell Colonial Funeral Home, St. Clair.
Burial will be held in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Willard, Union; three sons, Robert Willard and wife, Robin, Union, Eugene Willard, Cuba, and Kenneth Willard, St. Clair; six daughters, Janell Anthony, Union, Debbie Goade, Union, LaVonne Willard, St. Clair, Christine Birkmann and husband, Bill, Union, Cindy Stortz, Imperial, Shirley Messex, and significant other, Craig Wingbermuehle, Union; and other family members.
