Leola (Missy) Marcella Mays, 51, passed away on June 20th, 2025 at Mount Carmel Grove City with her loving family by her side.
She was born to Kenneth (Kenny) & Barbara Cremeans on July 7th, 1973 in Columbus, Ohio. She would go on to become a loving wife to Larry for over 25 years, and a proud mother to her son Justin and her step children Dustin & Amanda.
She is survived by her husband Larry, son Justin and Marcella, Dustin; daughter Amanda and Randy; mother Barbara; mother in law Dorris; Helen; granddaughter Harmony; brothers Joey, Shawn, Charlie and Nywanna; sisters Dana, Della, Cindy, Miranda; brother in laws Phillip and Tonya, Jamie; sister in law Tracy; and her many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother Barbara A Mays; father Kenneth Cremeans, father in law Larry Mullins Sr; Gary Bronson; aunts Sandra (Sandy) and Mike Gayness, Colette; uncles Tony, Andy; goddaughter Andrea (Queenie) Michelle Shipp & many more.
Missy had a special way of making you feel loved and will be remembered fondly for being the wonderful & strong woman she was.
There will be a celebration of life held on Sunday, July 20, 2025. There will be a gathering of friends and family at 2pm and a chapel service at 3pm Service to be held at Families First Cremation and Funeral at Edwards located at 1166 Parsons Ave Columbus, Ohio, 43206. A celebration of life will be held soon thereafter at Sharon Woods.
