Leon Wallop, Jr., of
Galloway, New Jersey passed away on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at the age of 66 years old. Leon was born on December 6, 1957, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was affectionately known as "Weekie". He was educated in the Philadelphia public school system and was a graduate of Germantown High School in Philadelphia.
Leon was a choir director and a Junior Deacon of his church at the age of 16. He was very adventurous and loved going on fun filled vacations with his family. Christmas was his favorite holiday. Leon was very creative and made every holiday awesome for his family.
Leon worked at United Light Electrical Company and Billows Electric Company for over 30 years. He was a hard worker. His co-workers enjoyed working with him.
Leon was a loving husband and father, brother, and son.
Leon is survived by his wife, Brenda Wallop; his daughter, Felicia Wallop, and he has now joined his youngest daughter, Kanisha Wallop in heaven; his two grandchildren, Javon Henry and Juan Henry; his mother, Annie Wallop; his sisters, Karen Scott, Linda Wallop, and Yvette Gibson; his brother, Kevin Berry; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
