In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Donald Goins; daughter, Debbie Phillips; son, James Dean Phillips; sisters, Sue Phillips, and Stella Wilson; and brothers, Doc Wilson, and Steve Wilson.
Ms. Lee is survived by: daughter, Tammy Hooks and husband Kenneth; son, Benjamin Phillips; ten grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
The family will receive friends at the Leach Family Funeral Home and Cremation on Thursday, September 4, 2025 from 5-7pm with the funeral service to follow at 7pm with Bro. Larry Gibbs officiating. Her graveside service will be on Friday, September 5, 2025 at 11am at Circle Cemetery. www.leachfamilyfuneralhome.com
