WORCESTER: Leonard G. “Lenny” Bergstrom, Jr., 56, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 11, 2025, surrounded by his loving family after a courageous battle with illness.
He leaves behind his devoted wife, Ana Lane; his daughters, Sarah Pardee and Alana Lane, along with her fiancé James Guay; his brothers, Dave Cameron and Vinny Colon; and his treasured grandchildren Maddix, Wyatt, Emma, Jaxson, Iyla, and Emersyn. He is also survived by his niece, Amanda Russell and her husband Tucker, and their daughter Madison; his nephews Jeffrey Cameron, with sons Chris and Billy, and Justin Lelgeman; as well as many extended family members and dear friends.
Lenny was predeceased by his parents, Leonard and Rita (Pizzotti) Bergstrom, Sr.; his first wife, Karen Pardee; his daughter, Jamie Dickinson; his sister, Anna Bergstrom; and his mother-in-law, Jane Hanley.
Born in Worcester and raised in Leicester, Lenny later made his home in the Quinsigamond Village neighborhood of Worcester. A proud graduate of Leicester High School, Class of 1987, he went on to build a successful career in residential construction. Known for his skill, craftsmanship, and ability to repair just about anything, Lenny earned the respect of many through his hard work and dedication.
More than his talents, it was Lenny’s selflessness, generous heart, and constant willingness to help others that defined him. He was the person family and friends could always rely on; whether for a project, a favor, or simply support during hard times.
Lenny loved the outdoors and found joy in camping trips, riding his motorcycle, traveling, relaxing at the beach, and, most of all, spending time with his family. His zest for life and the love he shared with those around him will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
He will be missed beyond measure.
