My deepest condolences to the family and friends of this dynamic messenger. I did not know him, but I had the pleasure of hearing him deliver a couple of messages. His deliverance was always clear, full of knowledge and short .Servant of God, well done! I had hoped to hear you again ; rest from your labor peacefully in God´s presence.

I remember my grandmother, Margaret Toliver, often speaking about "Reverend Bland" And as I recall her talking about him, there is a sense of fondness and appreciation that existed. Sending my condolences to the family from myself and acknowledging my grandmother would do the same if she were alive to do so.
