I also never tired of his stories, lessons, or sharp sense of humor. He taught me lessons about Firearms, Life, And myself, that served me well to this very day! Today I’m an expert witness and Firearms expert, and I testify About Firearms in murders and shootings all over the country. All this I owe to him and some of the other instructions of Trinidad State College. He will be missed.-Steve Howard, student 1979-1981.

Bull was a great instructor and a good "off duty" friend. He had great stories I ner tired of listening to and a wry sense of humor. He resides in the best of my memories of TSJC 1978-82
