Leonard Ciscon

Leonard F. Ciscon, 76, of Somers, CT, passed away on Thursday, September 27, 2007 at Evergreen Health Care Center, Stafford Springs, CT. He was born in Stafford Springs, CT, son of the late Charles and Stella (Klosinski) Ciscon. Leonard was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean Conflict. He retired as a carpenter having worked for Naek Construction, Weeks Construction, and D.H.R. Construction. Leonard was a member of All Saints Parish, and an avid fan of the Boston Red Sox, New England Patriots, and UCONN Basketball. Leonard is survived by his wife, Barbara J. Ciscon of Springfield, MA; two children, Karen M. Michaud of Enfield, CT, and Steven P. Ciscon of Somers, CT; two grandchildren, David S. Michaud of Enfield, CT, and Katherine L. Lamour of Springfield, MA; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was predeceased by four brothers and three sisters. A funeral will be held on Monday, October 1, 2007, with a procession forming by 9 A.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 A.M. at All Saints Church, School St., Somers, CT. Burial will follow in St. Edward Cemetery, Stafford Springs, CT. Calling hours are on Sunday from 2-5 P.M. at the funeral home.
