Leonard Lanham Obituary
Leonard Wayne Lanham, age 84, passed away on Dec. 2, 2025.
Leonard was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Bertha Lanham and his brother, Earl Anthony Lanham.
Leonard is survived by his wife of 61 years, Leslie Fay Lanham; his children, Rick (Kris) Lanham, Jeremy (Julie) Lanham and Monica (Gary) Warford; grandchildren, Jessica (Tim) Lange, Heidi (Justin) Chesser, Bryan Lanham, Luke (Katelyn) Lanham, Erika (Dustin) Casey, Hollie (Garrett) Miller, Alisha Lanham, Abby Lanham, Dylan (Miranda) Lanham, Stacie (Kevin) Melzer, Austin (Haley) Lanham, Mark Lanham, Kevin Lanham, Malia Warford and Jaxon Warford; 22 great-grandchildren; and his sisters, Jennifer (Wasson) Kerrick and Sonya (Dean) Callis.
The funeral service will take place on Friday Dec. 5, at 1 p.m. at the Shannon Funeral Home in Shelbyville. Burial will follow at the Grove Hill Cemetery in Shelbyville. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Friday.
