Leonard Miller Obituary
Funeral services for Leonard Doy Miller will be held Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church in Minden, Louisiana with Bro. Leland Crawford officiating. Interment will follow at Gardens of Memory in Minden, Louisiana under the direction of Rose Neath Funeral Home in Minden with military rites. The family will receive friends Monday, June 23, 2025, from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Rose Neath Funeral Home in Minden.
Leonard was born February 14, 1941, in Minden, Louisiana and went to be with the Lord on June 15, 2025, in Minden, Louisiana. Leonard served his country in the United States Army and retired as a Brigadier General.
He is preceded in death by his parents Doy and Jewel Miller and sister, Wanda Smith.
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Miller of Minden; sons, Doy Michael Miller (Lynn) of Pennsylvania and Mark Leonard (Amy) Miller of Minden; sisters, Cynthia Spears of Minden, Sherry Wilkerson (Tommy) of Bossier City; brother, Tony Miller, (Laurie) of Ohio; grandchildren, Jake, Sammy, Shelby, Cameron, Erin (fiancé Pierce), and Kathryn, and numerous nieces and nephews.
