As Lenny once said to me, I'll always have a soft spot in my heart for you! Back at you brother.

Lenny was about 12 when I met him and he was able benchpress 225lbs! Lenny will always be a superstar in my eyes.

I always spoke of Lenny whenever I talked about weightlifting to my sons and friends.

I always had plans of stopping by the gym and didn't ever think time would runout so fast, especially for one of the strongest people I've ever known.

My love also goes out to Lenny's sisters and mom.

Rest in peace my old friend, until we all see each other again.
