Leonard Edward Walburn Jr., age 51, of Naples, FL, passed away on June 22, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on August 20,1973, in Dayton, OH the beloved and cherished son of Brenda (Walters) Harris and the late Leonard E. Walburn Sr. Leonard, and his family moved to Naples, FL in 1984. His love for football thrived as he was the quarterback for Baron Collier High School, where he later graduated from. His favorite teams where the Dallas Cowboys and of course Ohio State.

After high school Leonard went on to join the US Army, stationed in Fort Walton where he served his country with pride. Once Leonard returned home, he worked as a Medical Technician for 30 years. He enjoyed watching movies, sports, dining, playing games, bowling, fishing, and family outings. Leonard was raised Pentecostal, baptized and accepted Jesus Christ as his personal savior.

He is survived by his loving mother, Brenda (Walters) Harris of Naples, FL; son, Noah Walburn of Naples, FL; two sisters, Pamela Smith of Bonita Springs, FL and Crystal Walburn of Naples, FL; two aunts, Janelle Walters of Naples, FL and Patricia Crabtree of Huber Heights, OH; uncle, Larry Walters of Lehigh Acres, FL. and many nieces and nephews that will miss him dearly. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Samuel and Dorothy Walters formally of New Carlisle, OH and uncle, Robert Walters formally of Fairborn, OH.

A viewing will be held at Palm Royale Funeral Home on Wednesday July 2, 2025, from 6-8pm. The Burial will take place on Thursday July 3, 2025, at Sarasota National Cemetery 9810 State Rd 72, Sarasota, FL 34241 at 12:30pm.
