Leonard Lee Wilson, Jr. age 72, of Heber Springs, Arkansas, passed away on April 9, 2022, in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Born on June 16, 1949, in Newellton, Louisiana, he was the son of Lillie Barnes Wilson and the late Leonard Lee Wilson, Sr.
Leonard was a loving son, brother, husband, father, and grandfather. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his mother, his wife Linda Wilson, his children Talisa Greer and her husband Craig of Tallulah, Louisiana, Amy Bennett and her husband Mickey of Heber Springs, Arkansas, Stephanie Huddleston and her husband Stephen of Beebe, Arkansas, and Tray Wilson and his wife Misty of New Wilmington, Pennsylvania, his siblings Darrell Wilson and his wife Kim of Winnsboro, Louisiana, Stanley Scott Wilson and his wife Kathy of Denham Springs, Louisiana, Jody Farrell and his wife Faye of Natchitoches, Louisiana, and Freda Harvey of Lake Charles, Louisiana. Mr. Wilson is also survived by his 10 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren as well a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held from 10:00am-11:00am on Thursday, April 14, 2022, with funeral services beginning at 11:00am in the South Cross Roads Community Church with Bro. Bob Bittle and Rev. Stanley Scott Wilson officiating. Interment will follow in the South Cross Roads Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Kevin Stout, Kevin Johnson, Freddie Miles, Steven Huddleston, Mike Raborn, and Nicholas Decker.
