Today would have been Mom's 80th birthday. Sam and I will visit her gravesite today, place fresh flowers and sing her favorite song - You Are My Sunshine.

You are my Sunshine,
My only Sunshine,
You make me happy when skies are grey,
You'll never know dear,
How much I love you,
Please don't take my Sunshin away!

I will continue your legacy of singing this song to all our loved ones. Even though I am tone deaf, they will still love it as though you were singing it to them.

We will continue to care for Dad as always. He truly misses you as do Sam and I.

Keep shining your light down upon us from on high so we can feel your presence each day.

Love you Mom
