There will be family graveside services held at a later date at Union Cemetery, Altamont. Memorials may be made to the donor's choice. Gieseking Funeral Home, Altamont is assisting the family with arrangements.
Nathan Leroy Gochenouer was born on Sunday, May 6, 1951 in Hunter, Arkansas to Orville T. and Buna C. (Phillips) Gouchenouer. He was a retired plumber.
Leroy is survived by: his brothers, Kenneth (Linda) Gouchenouer of Altamont, Larry (Rona) Gouchenouer of Louisville, Jerry Gouchenouer of Oak Grove, KY, Paul (Brenda) Gouchenouer of Shumway, and Alan Gouchenouer of Assumption; sisters, JoAnn Holzhausen of Loganville, GA, Peggy Blunt of Vandalia, and Joyce (Brent) Hunter of St. Jacob; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by: his parents; brothers, JT Gouchenouer, Frank Gouchenouer, Carl Gouchenouer, David Gouchenouer, and Donnie Gouchenouer; sister, Patty Gouchenouer.
