Age 88, of Penn Hills, unexpectedly, on Saturday, November 1, 2025, with his daughter at his side, following complications of a motor vehicle accident. He was the devoted husband of 56 years to Monica (Bartko) Hart; Loving father of Georgina (Mark) Machen; adoring Pappy Goofball to Bryanna Lee, and Kelsey Paige; Brother of the late Joan (Joe) Variz, Patrick Hart, Alton Dale (C. Matilde "Cuttie") Hart and Jimmy (Betty) Hart; Brother in law of Patty Hart; also survived by many nieces, and nephews. LeRoy was the sole proprietor of Precision Dental Lab where he worked until May 2025. He was a longtime, dedicated member of (COGWA) Church of God, a Worldwide Association (formerly United Church of God). He participated in many aspects of the church, preaching, singing, volunteering and more. His church community was hugely important to he and his wife Monica. In his spare time, he enjoyed musical movies and showtunes. Friends received, at Soxman Funeral Homes, Ltd., 7450 Saltsburg Road (at Universal Road) Penn Hills, where a service will be held,. Interment in Plum Creek Cemetery. To honor LeRoy's devotion to his church, memorial contributions may be made to Church of God, a Worldwide Organization (COGWA).
