Arnold Moore & Neekamp Funeral Home & Cremation ServicesLeroy W. Williams, 83, of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, passed away Tuesday morning, November 25, 2025, at his home.
Leroy was born on January 12, 1942, Otis Williams and Helda (Bellamy) Williams in Boise City, Oklahoma. He grew up in Boise City and graduated from high school. He traveled south to Amarillo, Texas and attended Amarillo College. Leroy remained in Amarillo and began his career in construction. He would later move to Albuquerque, New Mexico, where he met the love of his life, Judy King. The couple were married in Albuquerque on March 6, 1981. Leroy and his wife moved to Los Alamos and Sante Fe before coming to Bartlesville in 1993.
As a young man, Leroy was interested in horses, cattle ranching and rodeo. He enjoyed hunting and loved watching his kids and grandkids play sports. Leroy was a member of Victory Church for 22 years and had performed mission work in Chile, England and in Louisiana.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Judy of the home; four children, Kimberly Noble and husband, Derral of Amarillo, Debra Fawvor and husband, Jarrett of Orange, Texas, Kolby Williams and wife, Shayna of Kaufman, Texas and Aaron Williams of Bartlesville; a sister, Beverly Wood of Texas; twelve grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Leroy was preceded in death by both of his parents; by two sons, T.J. Bradfied and Jason Williams; and by a sister, Virginia Lawler.
A memorial service will be held 1pm, Friday, December 12, 2025, at Victory Church with Pastor Tim Kutz officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to Arnold Moore & Neekamp Funeral Home and Cremation Service. To send an online condolence, visit www.honoringmemoriesbartlesville.com.
