Condolences from his Idaho family. Les was an incredibly good person. Todd sure loved him-his pup. We will have an old fashioned and a Wagyu steak for Les. So sorry to hear The Hewett family

Dr. Gilmer was the best professor I´ve ever had. His knowledge of anatomy and physiology was outstanding and his ability to help students understand anatomy was unmatched. He devoted so much time before and after class to his students, making sure that we all had a great education and many opportunities to learn. He was a great example of a kind, caring, genuine person. Dr. Gilmer will be dearly missed!

Dr. Gilmer was the best professor i have ever met. He was always there to support us and to help us understand difficult concepts, his dry humor was such a breath of fresh air in an overly serious world.
