Leslie Roland Carter

Leslie Roland Carter, age 61, and a resident of Biloxi, Mississippi, passed away on Wednesday, January 18, 2023, at Singing River Hospital-Gulfport.
Leslie was a Lifelong resident of the Mississippi Gulf Coast and spent many years working in the shrimping industry and also held jobs in steel construction along with a lawn care business. Leslie was an animal lover with a soft spot for pitbull dogs. He enjoyed riding his Harley. He was very generous with his time and spent many days helping and looking after friends and family. He enjoyed morning coffee almost daily with his brother-in-law and friend, Kenny.
Leslie belonged to the Southern Independent Riders motorcycle club and was an avid supporter of the St. Jude Dream Day Foundation.

He was preceded in death by his sisters, Joyce Allen, Faye Stainbrook, Kathy Martin, and Peggy Davis; his brother, Gary Carter; his Parents, Mary Wallace Carter and George O'neal Carter and his daughter, Terah Lesso.
Survivors include his Siblings, Vicki Savage (Larry), Biloxi, MS and Margaret Ann Smith, Wiggins, MS. Leslie also leaves behind a large extended family with several nieces and nephews, Brothers-in-law, Jerry Martin, Biloxi, Kenneth Allen, Biloxi, and Chris Stainbrook, Biloxi.
Friends are invited to join Leslie's family for visitation and services on Monday, January 30th at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport, MS 39503. Visitation will be held from 2:30 to 3:00 p.m. and the Celebration of Life Service will follow at 3:00 p.m.
