On July 27, 2021, Leslie Moser Dahle exited this mortal world, to reunite with her parents and other family members. Leslie was the perfect early Father's Day gift when she entered this world as the second child and eldest daughter of Emil Moser Jr. and Francis Astle Moser. Born in Logan UT on June 16, 1962. She grew up in Hollywood, CA, and then in her teenage years, moved to Star Valley, WY. At the young age of sixteen, she started her first job as a seamstress, making down-filled coats. Although she loved the beauty of Star Valley, WY, after her high school graduation she was anxious to start an independent life in the big city. She moved to Salt Lake City, UT in 1980 where she worked for a life insurance company. It was in Utah where, after a short courtship, Leslie married Dean Taggart Dahle in the Salt Lake Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints on December 9th, 1983.

From her first job at age 16, Leslie was continuously employed. She held a variety of clerical jobs for several employers. Of all her jobs, she was most content with her time working for the Florence School District in Arizona. While working at the school district, she enjoyed close friendships with her collogues both at work and on personal time. Of the many lunches and dinners she enjoyed with her co-workers, her most fond memory was a trip with the girls, to lounge all day on the beaches of Carlsbad California.

On July 31, 2019, Leslie and her family learned she was suffering from stage 4 cancer. Leslie fought a long and hard battle, but by Dec of 2020, she learned her condition was terminal. She continued to fight, but in June of 2021, she eventually traded treatment for a cure, for treatment to make her comfortable during the last few weeks of her life.

Leslie was preceded in death by her mother Francis Astle Moser when Leslie was only 12 years old; and in later years, by her father Emil Moser Jr. She is survived by her husband and eternal companion, Dean Taggart Dahle of San Tan Valley, AZ; children, Samuel Austin Dahle of San Tan Valley, Dean Joseph Dahle and Madison Dahle of Florence, AZ; brothers and sisters, Brad and Sherri Moser of Logan, UT, Eric Moser of Escondido California, and Lori Moser of San Diego California; aunts and uncles, Dee and Gayla Astle of Saint George, UT, Pete and Carol Moser of San Antonio, TX, and Allene Robinson of Idaho Falls, ID.

The family is grateful for all of Leslie's family, friends, and colleagues who ministered to her. Many of them brought meals, came to visit, tended to her flower garden, and expressed their love and concern for her. On one occasion, just prior to her passing, Leslie was overheard expressing her gratitude to a caller, for their thinking of her. They are all a family to Leslie, whether a work family, a church family, or a family of friends. Leslie loved you all.
