Obituary
Guest Book
Leslie “Tob” Allen Elmer was called home by our Heavenly Father on February 12, 2024. He was born June 26, 1965, to Larry M. and Wilma Fenn Elmer in Ogden, Utah.
Tob loved his grandkids and spending time with them. He had miniature Schnauzers dogs and he absolutely loved them. They were his world. He would teach them to say “I love you” in dogs words.
Tob had been married once to Monika Hines, they later divorced, but remained life partners even when they didn’t like each other.
He loved Harley Davidson motorcycles; he owned two of them. Riding was something he enjoyed, and he loved to give his grandkids rides. It made him happy. He wanted all of his kids and grandkids to want to learn to ride and love it as he did.
Tob worked off and on at Tech Steel as a welder in his earlier years. He wanted to grow and further his career from there, so he accomplished getting his CDL license. He moved to Oklahoma to drive semi-trucks. After a while he moved back to Utah to drive trucks, so he could be closer to his family. He was working for Grant Trucking Company before his passing.
He touched many people’s hearts and lives. He is loved by so many people. He really is unforgettable.
Survived by his children, Tasha (Kyle) Tracy, Teisha (Rex) Wright, Toby (Alyssa) Elmer, Aisha (Daniel) Elmer, and Brycton (Emily) Elmer; his grandchildren, Celeste, Nevaeh, Brooklyn, Braxton, Aneya, Celtic, Jasper, Exaidren, Saphrirrah, Lotus, Legion, Elyzabeth, Chandler, and Woodrow; his brothers, Larry, Lee, Bud, Troy, and Russell; his sisters, Tami, Amy, Linda Elmer; and Linda Hines; his mother-in-law, Cathy; his ex-wife, Monika; and many aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, and cousins. Preceded in death by his dad, Larry M. Elmer; mom, Wilma Fenn Elmer; brothers, Lonnie Elmer and Lynn Ray Elmer; and sister, Donna Hines.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2024, at 2 p.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Friends may visit with family on Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at the mortuary. Interment, Aultorest Memorial Park.
