To the Abel family, please know that I offer my condolences to you all! I only met Les a couple of of times and he always had a smile on his face, and such an outgoing man! Know that there is no more pain and suffering, and he will be keeping an eye on you all the time. Lestor was a get man.

Kaye, Mark,Mark, Jackie, Joyce ; I'm sorry to here if your dads passing. He was a wonderful man that during my time working in the library school system I met and knew of the wonderful donations he and mom made. Great people. He will not be forgotten. God Bless.

Very sorry to hear about Les. Our thoughts and prayers are with Joyce and the Family.. I do not remember meeting Les when he didn't have a kind word or a smile.

My condolences to the Abel family; I've known Les for a long time, always a smile on his face and a little story to tell. He will be missed by the many that knew him. I will keep all of you in my thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.

Les was a great and personable gentleman. He had a large heart and shared his knowledge and exuberance with his community. He will be missed.

Joyce and family, I want to offer my heartfelt condolences to you and the family for your loss. Les was a fine friend and a superb businessman and has been a part of my family, both personal and insurance related from about 1962. He was first and foremost a gentleman and this shows today thru Mark and Kay. Les helped bring me into the Masonic Order. He will be missed by many. Keith Zimmerman

Joyce and Family. Heard from Leanne of Lester's passing. I am so sorry. He was a wonderful man and will be remembered. He was special to Harv and me and all of his classmates from the Decker School and GHS. Will hold in my heart the very special visit we had on your front porch at the little farm and the retelling of the story of when the, "boys" were playing in the hay mow and Les fell from the beam and broke his arm. Keep the faith my friend. You were very obviously made for each other.
