I remember Mr. Pollard from my teen years going to school next door to "Pollards Frosty Treat". He and Mrs. Pollard were well liked by all the kids. In later years after closing the drive in I was reacquainted with him when he became a route salesman. Truly a fine gentleman

Thanks to everyone. My Dad wanted so badly at the end for us to put his shoes on so he could get out of bed and walk. He now has his best suit and shoes on and is walking with the Lord. It is really a "Good Day". I love you DAD!!!!

I was so sorry to hear of Lester's passing. He was a wonderful person and I will remember him always with fondness and I will miss him. I know your hearts are breaking but please let your memories console you now and may God continue to lift you up. I wish I could be there to hug each of you but it is impossible.
