Lucia was born in Banloc, Romania, to her parents Elisabeta and Liviu Forga. From an early age, she carried with her a quiet strength, a kind heart, and a loving spirit that continued to shape the lives of those around her throughout her life.
Lucia married Octavian Dimitru Zahan, the love of her life, and together they shared 48 beautiful years of marriage. Octavian passed away in 2015, and Lucia carried his memory with her always.
A devoted mother and grandmother, Lucia found her greatest joy in family life. She took care of all those around her. Lovingly known as "Bui" by her granddaughter and recognized by many by this cherished nickname. Her home was truly her castle-a place filled with warmth, comfort, and the gentle presence she brought to every room. She adored her pets and shared her days with her beloved dogs, Rocco (passed), Charlie and Timmy, and her cherished cats, Milo, Big Gray, and Oliver.
Lucia will be remembered for her loving personality, her kindness, and the strength she showed in every chapter of her life. Her smile was a source of comfort and light to all who knew her, and it will be deeply missed by her family.
She is survived by her daughter, Corina Petrusan, and her granddaughter, Alexandra Petrusan, who will forever carry her memory in their hearts.
