LETRICIA MONIQUE SHEDD

LETRICIA MONIQUE SHEDD, born on September 17, 1972, passed away peacefully on November 10, 2025. She was a ray of sunshine in the lives of many, known for her vibrant personality, infectious humor, and her caring nature that enveloped everyone around her.

A beloved member of the St. John Church Unleashed community in Grand Prairie, Texas, Letricia was not only a devoted choir member but also served as the unofficial Angels of Praise manager. Her love for music and faith was evident in her participation in church activities, where she inspired others with her spirited singing and leadership.

Letricia's legacy extends far beyond her contributions to the church. She was a nurturing mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, cousin, coworker, and friend. Many of her daughter’s friends considered her a second mother, as she welcomed them into her home with open arms and an unwavering smile. Her kitchen was a gathering place for family and friends alike, filled with the aroma of her delicious cooking and the laughter of loved ones sharing stories.

Her loved ones, friends, and community will forever remember Letricia for her loving spirit and the joy she brought into their lives. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege to know her.

A memorial service will be held in her honor on November 22, 2025, at St. John Unleashed, located at 1701 West Jefferson Street, Grand Prairie, TX 75051, starting at 10:00 AM. All those whose lives were touched by Letricia are invited to come together to celebrate her remarkable life and enduring spirit.
