Smethport- Lettitia A. “Tish” Hart
Lettitia “Tish” A. Hart, 48, of Smethport, PA passed away on January 6th, 2026, at Olean General Hospital surrounded by friends and family. Lettitia was born on September 17th, 1977, to Leon B. Mead Sr. and Dorothy (McKinney) Leffler.
Lettitia met her husband when she was a teenager, she later married her husband Mark A. Hart Sr. on October 1, 2004. They had 29 wonderful years together. Lettitia’s greatest joy was being a mother to her three children. She also enjoyed watching hockey, specifically the Pittsburgh Penguins, researching genealogy, and being with her family.
Lettitia is survived by her husband, Mark A. Hart of Smethport, PA; Mother, Dorothy Leffler of Bradford, PA; Son, Cody Hart of Smethport, PA; Son, Dustin (Skye) Hart of Smethport, PA; Daughter, Stephani (Bronson) Hart of DuBois, PA; Step Son, Mark (Melissa) Hart Jr. of Uniontown, PA; Brother, Leon (Ellen) Mead Jr. of Jacksonville, FL; Norman (Michelle) Mead of Apalachin, NY; Sister, Judy (Perry) Blackman of Erie, PA; Niece, Eileen (Randon) Smith of Bradford, PA; Nephew, Drake Stewart of Bradford, PA and several others.
She was preceded in death by her father, Leon B. Mead Sr.; Brother, AJ Mead; and Sister, Melissa Osborne.
A celebration of Lettitia’s life will take place at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc., 646 E. State St., Olean. Online condolences may be made at www.letromcintoshspinkfuneralhome.com
