Levi Mullins

Levi Mullins, 83, of Rockdale, passed away peacefully November 19, 2025. Services will be held Monday, December 1, 10:00 a.m. at Phillips and Luckey Funeral Home in Rockdale followed by burial in the Bagdad Cemetery in Leander Texas.

Levi was born in Malvern Arkansas on May 1, 1942 to Willie and Tillie (Green) Mullins. He enjoyed his family, fishing, traveling, he and his wife Tipper had a full life, and they spent over sixty years together. He used to enjoy hunting until he saw Bambi. He spent the majority of his life on the move, in his travels he went to California, Oregon, Oklahoma, he loved to travel, and was very spontaneous. Levi, worked in asphalt paving, and was an entrepreneur and owned his own asphalt paving company.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Tillie Mullins, Mickey, Merle, and his sisters. Levi is survived by his wife Tipper Mullins, his son Tommy Mullins, daughter Fandy Bruce, and grandkids, Tommy Bruce, Tommy Bruce Jr., Bret Mullins, David Eddington, Vanity Eddington, Desirae Eddington, Jasmine Mullins, Tommy Joe Mullins, and numerous great-grandchildren.
