Lester and I go back a long way with Caldwell as he was an usher in our wedding in Denver, CO in 1986. I can not believe this has happened to the most wonderful person I have known in my life as Caldwell had a way to make people laugh and sing and be funny all of the time. Lester and I will miss him terribly. Vivi and Lester Duke

Caldwell, this is not right, that your joy in life, your kindness,
your devotion to your children, should end so early. We were together last December, only two months ago! Have a great
journey. Skip
