Greece: Thursday, April 25, 2024, at age 85. Predeceased by his father and mother, Samuel and Antoinette Gizzi; sister, Mary Jo Anis. He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Mary Jane (Brongo) Gizzi; children, Lewis R. Gizzi, Jr., Steven Gizzi, Michael (Tina) Gizzi, Elana (Gordon) Rice; grandchildren, Steven (Andrea) Gizzi, Andreana (Greg) Lindsay, Loren Gizzi, Michael Gizzi, Emma Gizzi, Sophia Gizzi, Mark Gizzi; great grandchildren, Connor, Collin, Marco and Tessa; sister, Sandra (Dominic) Trassati; brothers, Richard (Lucia) Gizzi, Samuel (Christine) Gizzi; brother-in-law, Felisma Anis; sister-in-law, Shirley Trotto; many nieces and nephews. Mr. Gizzi was former owner of Amtech Tool and Die, and a Navy Veteran.
No prior calling. On Saturday, May 4, all are invited to attend his Funeral Mass at 11:00AM at St. Mark's Church, 54 Kuhn Rd. Inurnment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Those wishing, donations may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 in his memory.

Dear Mary Jane. & family, Remembering the good times as a teen visiting during summer
vacation and we would go to Lake Charlotte with your friends, including Lew! Always friendly, outgoing to help or teach. He was a true gentleman!
May our Lord, Jesus Christ, wrap his arms around you all and comfort you in these
difficult days. RIP, Lew.

Lou, I never thought when I went with the guys to visit you and MaryJane that it would be the last time I would be in your company laughing about the good old days. Losing Herky, Potter,Jimmy and you took a lot of heart out of the Madison alumni. MaryJane was the best nurse in the world for you and your family showed the love from the many years you shared with them. Rest in peace my brother. Our prayers will always be with you..
