Mr. Lewis Anthony Polk, 64, of Piedmont, South Carolina, passed away on Saturday, November 2, 2024 at his residence. Born in Memphis, Tennessee, he was a son of the late Joe Edward and Lillie Bell Polk Smith.
Surviving: one daughter, Claudia (Julian) Martin of Spartanburg, SC; two sons, Kinney Tyree (Jessica) Duckett of Gray Court, SC and Lewis Anthony Polk, Jr.; one sister, Cassandra (James) Clement of Simpsonville, SC three brothers, Howard Polk of Greenville, SC, Clifton Polk of Pelzer, SC and James (Phyllis) Smith of Fountain Inn, SC; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services: Saturday, November 16, 2024, 1:00pm, at Watkins Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with interment in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
