Liam "Lucky Charm" Henry Allen Fortner, 11 months old passed away Saturday morning, September 21, 2024 in UK Medical Center in Lexington. Liam was born October 18, 2023 in Lexington to Robert Allen Jr. and Kelly Jo Pack Fortner both of Ashland. He is also survived by his paternal grandparents, Robert Allen Sr. and Lee Anna Fortner of Ashland, his maternal grandmother, Kathy Pack of Ashland. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Henry Pack and Aunt Ivy Price. He is also survived by his Uncles, Paul Price of Ashland, Derick Fortner of Indiana, and his Aunts, Jessie Hedge of Ashland, Jamie Pack of Maryland, and Quanna Venatter of Ohio. Liam was the light of his mother and fathers' eyes, he was a gift from God and will always be cherished by his family. A private memorial service for Liam will be held at a later date.
