Lila Marie Ford was born March 18, 1955, in Fulton, Arkansas to the parentage of Ernest and Serverda Ford. Ms. Ree accepted Christ as her savior at Prayer Tower COGIC and later attended RTC where she was a faithful and dedicated member until her health declined

Ms. Ree received her formal education in Dallas Independent School District and later received her GED and a certification in accounting from Edmond J. Cohan. If you know Ms. Ree then you know she loved her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, her siblings and family.

She LOVED shopping on TEMU for her colorful wigs with the glasses and gowns to match! The smile and laugh she possessed could light up a room. Ms. Ree was the go-to person whenever you needed someone to pray for you or just needed someone to listen.

Ms. Ree was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Serverda Ford; her sons: Cedric Ford and Dwight Williams; her sister, Kerrie Ford-Allen; her brothers: Otha Hill Sr, Leroy Ford and Jesse Ford.

She leaves to cherish her memories: husband, Anthony Joiner; sons: Clifford Thompson Jr., Corey Thompson; daughters: Shavari Thompson and Kandasia Wilson (Johnny); her sisters, Virginia Thomas and Bobbie Dee Willis; 19 grandchildren: Cabresha Thompson, LaTaijah Jones, Warren (Kevion ), Cedric Ford Jr, LaToddric Thompson, Dazavian Williams, Clifford Thompson III, Taquavian Thompson, Donesha Ford, Kayla Ford, Jibri'l Fuller, Davian Thompson, Kametria Jones, Anthony Wade Jr, Cedric Wade, Damani Thompson, Essence Wade, Zanya Thompson, Kailan Thompson and Skyy Tyson; 4 great grandchildren: Ezekiel, Evion, Dazavian Jr. and Ember; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who will miss her tremendously.
