Lilian Aguila

Lilian V. Aguila, 87, passed away at Simpson General Hospital on October 22, 2025. She was born on December 2, 1937, to Elijah Benjamin Pulley and Stella Geneva Pulley in Alabama.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother, her husband, and her son, John William Beckman.
She is survived by her two daughters, Jennifer Gary and Vickie Lanette Chancelor (Kenneth), her sister, Nonnie Moak; sister-in-law, Linda Pulley; eight grandchildren, Stacy Frederick (Spence,) Nichole Rieg (Joey,) Bryan Gary (Emily,) Jennifer Albrittion (Mike,) Tony Cauthen, Kristy Whitiker, Kelly Phillips and Kari File; twenty-three great-grandchildren; and six great-great grandchildren.
Lilian loved spending time with her grandchildren. She loved dancing and listening to K-Love music. Her favorite songs were "If I Got Jesus," by Ben Fuller, and "Jealous of the Angels." She taught them to fish and loved preparing their favorite foods. She was an excellent cook and loved spending her time in the garden. Lilian spent a lot of time with the love of her life, Richard Jackson "Dick." She loved her family deeply and will be greatly missed by them and many friends. The family would like to express their deepest gratitude to all of the caregivers, physical therapists, doctors, nurses, friends, and family.
