Lilla A. Bruyette
Lilla A. Bruyette, 76, of Enfield, passed away peacefully on September 3, 2025, at Evergreen Healthcare Center.
Born in Lynn, MA on February 8, 1949, she was the daughter of the late William and Jeanette (Nimblett) Burrows. A devoted and compassionate Registered Nurse, Lilla dedicated many years of her life to caring for others. She will be remembered for her gentle spirit, her love of family, and the simple joys she found in knitting and word searches.
Lilla was predeceased by her husband, Alan J. Deyette, who passed away in 2018. She is survived by her two daughters, Jennifer Bruyette and Heather Bruyette; her sister Elizabeth Hayward; her brother George Burrows and his wife Liz, and her brother William Burrows, Jr. She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren, Shaunna Nolan, Shane Chase, James "JJ" Halpin Jr., Tyler Young, and Bekah Halpin, as well as her beloved great-grandchildren, Kaleb and McKenna.
Relatives and friends may join the family on Monday, September 8, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Rd, Enfield. A Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. A Private burial will be held at Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Agawam, MA. Where she will be laid to rest with her beloved Alan.
