Lillian C. Chase, age 91, of Johnstown, NY, left this world on Friday, March 8, 2024, at Ellis Hospital, Schenectady, NY.
Born on January 10, 1933, in Saratoga Springs, NY, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Florence (Stover) Myers.
Lillian's zest for life was palpable, with passions ranging from the thrill of horseracing to the camaraderie of bowling leagues. She relished every opportunity to experience the excitement of Turning Stone Casino. Her love for these activities fueled her competitive yet cheerful nature.
She is survived by her son, Paul Chase; daughters, Sheri, and Desiree Chase; sister, Isabelle Myers; grandchildren, Joe Wasson, Paul Chase III, Amanda, Christopher, Kailey, and Kyle Chase; great-grandchildren, JoJo Wasson, Kaylana Laurenty, Damien and Tawnie VanNostrand, Lillionia Morehouse, Kendall, Gabriella, Alliannah, Madison Chase, Oliver and Odin Dusenbury.
In addition to her parents, Lillian is predeceased by her significant other, Howard Jennings of 60 plus years; siblings, Frederick Preece, George and Robert Myers, and Rose Sesselman.
In keeping with her wishes there will be no calling hours or funeral services.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date to be determined by the family.
