Lillian Driscoll Obituary

Published by Legacy on Jan. 25, 2024.
Lillian Driscoll, 95, of Spring Hill, Florida, formerly of Bethpage, New York, peacefully passed away on January 23, 2024 and reunited in heaven with her beloved husband, Raymond. Lillian was the loving mother of Raymond & Connie, Janet & Ralph, Joseph & Kathi. She will be greatly missed by her sister Dotty, grandchildren Brian, Denise, Melissa, Elisabeth and Sophia as well as her great grandchildren, Gianna, Anthony, Jackson, Ben, Eli, Oliver, Kaitlyn, Karly and Jessika. Lillian is predeceased by her sister Gran. While living in Bethpage she proudly served as a special education religion teacher for 20 years at St. Martin of Tours. BOCES special education school was lucky to have Lillian as a classroom paraprofessional for 20 years as well. She loved making a difference in the lives of these special children. Spring Hill Florida was the perfect place for retirement. Here she enjoyed a busy social life, the sun, swimming and a busy cruise travel schedule with her sister Gran. Lillian was a strong woman who faced everything with faith. Her greatest joy was her family and would brag to anyone that would listen. She will be deeply missed by many. The family will receive visitors Monday, 6-9pm at Arthur F. White Funeral Home, Inc., 234 Broadway, Bethpage. Funeral Mass Tuesday, January 30th, 11:15 am at St. Martin of Tours RC Church. Interment following at Pinelawn Memorial Park.
