Lillian T. (Coughlin) Noe, 73, of Manchester, New Hampshire, an employee of VA Medical Center before her retirement, died at Elliot Hospital on Monday, September 3, 2001, following a lengthy illness. Calling hours are scheduled for Wednesday, September 5, 2001, 6-8 p.m., at McHugh Funeral Home, 283 Hanover Street, Manchester. Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, September 6, 9:15 a.m., at the funeral home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Thursday, 10 a.m., at St. Anne Church. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Bedford, New Hamphsire. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are appreciated to Muscular Dystrophy Association, 360 Route 101, No. 1001, Bedford, NH 03110.
