Lillian Ann Rousseau, a longtime Beacon resident, passed away on June 20, 2024 at the Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie, NY; at the age of 72. She was born on October 24, 1951 in The Bronx, NY, daughter of the late Robert Killough and Dorothy McKinstry.
Lillian attended Beacon City Schools, and graduated from Beacon High School, class of 1969. She worked various jobs in and around the Beacon and Fishkill area. She worked in the old Hat Factory and the Guidance Association of America in Beacon; also at the Second-Hand Rose, clothing store in Fishkill, which was owned by a family-member. Her last job was at the Advanced Oxy-Med Services in Beacon, for over 10 years, until she retired.
Lillian is survived by her loving son Robert C. Holmes, and her beloved granddaughter Brianna Lynn Holmes. She is also survived by a dear-friend, Sandy Roman, and a host of several other friends. She enjoyed being in the company of her family & friends.
