Lillie was the devoted mother of Sarah Buell, Amy Grider and her husband Brandon, and the late Matthew Buell. She was the adoring "Nonna" of Xander, Scarlette, and Nora, who brought immense joy into her life. She is also survived by her dear sister, Gwen Schumann.
A woman of vibrant passions, Lillie found delight in musical theater, peaceful mornings on her porch, and she nurtured a deep love for indoor plants that filled her home with warmth and life. Her kindness, creativity, and gentle spirit touched all who knew her.
Lillie's legacy lives on in the family she treasured and the beauty she spread so naturally in the world. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
Family and friends will honor and celebrate Lillie's life at the family-owned Evan's Life Celebration Home, 8800 Harford Road, Parkville, Maryland, 21234, for a receiving of friends on Wednesday December 3rd, 2025, from 5-7 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association or Autism Speaks.
