Mrs. Lillie Mae Nichols

Services for Lillie Mae Nichols, 95, of Ada, will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Pastor Harold Holt will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery.

Mrs. Nichols passed away Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at Ada Care Center. She was born August 19, 1930, in Ada to Joe and Bessie Faye Bishop Trimble. She was a seamstress until her retirement and later worked at Walmart as a greeter.

Survivors include her two sons, Dennis Newborn and wife Carolyn of Alvarado, TX and Terry Nichols, of Ada; seven grandchildren, Lisa Rosner and husband, Billy, Heath Nichols, Nico Echols and husband, Charlie, Emily Nichols, Maggie Nichols, Danny Benzer and wife, Johnette of Liberty Hill, TX, and Richard Benzer and wife, Monica of Alvarado, TX; and eight great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Morris and Bessie Carney; husband, Dan Pryor; and two sisters, Josie Hanks and Joan Brown.

Bearers will be Johnny Omestead, Dustin Ames, Chester Bear, Darin Walls, Robert Chandler, and Dennis McClain. Honorary bearers will be Titian Jackson, Cyrus Bean, Dalton McClain, and Charlie Echols.
