Lillie Surber Obituary
Lillie E. Surber, 77, of Eubank, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, March 9, 2025 at her home.
Lillie was born on August 31, 1947 to the late Walter & Lissie (Jones) Kidd in Wayne County, Kentucky. Lillie was of the Baptist Faith.
She is survived by her daughter, Paula (Kenneth) Surber-Adkins of Eubank, Kentucky; a brother, Edgar (Lois) Kidd of Bedford, Indiana; two grandchildren, Kimberly (JR Wesley) Adkins and Shawn (Amber) Adkins; ten great-grandchildren, Aiden, Avery, Alex, Asher, Jesse, Blake, Emma, Brayden, Skyler, and Ollie; a special friend, Jackie Inabnitt Lowery; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dean Surber; her parents; ten brothers, Hubert, Thaniel, Harrison, Albert, Hulen, Lushen, Wilburn, Hartman, Curtis, and Chester; and five sisters, Ora Keith, Chloa Morrow, Bonnie Collins, Flonnie Wells, and Lola McCampbell.
A funeral service will be held at 1PM on Friday, March 14, 2025 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Kenny Dalton officiating.
Burial will be at Griffin Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 12PM until time for services.
Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is honored to assist the family with arrangements.
