Linda Angeletti, a hardworking and dedicated woman, passed away peacefully on June 18, 2025, in Grove City, Ohio. Born on June 21, 1943, in Columbus, Ohio, Linda lived a life characterized by love, strength, and a deep commitment to her family.
She worked for Metal Container for over 30 years and had previously spent time working at Ange's Pizza, a family-owned pizza shop in the 1960s. Linda was known for being a tough little Italian woman who had a zest for life. Her hobbies included gardening, fishing on Lake Erie, boating, and camping, all of which she cherished deeply.
Linda attended Central High School and built a life filled with pride, particularly in her grandchildren, who were among her proudest accomplishments. She is survived by her beloved children: Daughter, Norma Hartman; Son, Jeffrey (Tonia) Hartman; Daughter, Angie Babb; and Daughter-in-law, Angie Hartman. Linda's legacy continues with her grandchildren Jennifer (Michael) Warnet, Melisa (Shawn) Heald, Spincer Babb, Conner (Kayli) Babb, Jonathon (Amanda) Hartman, Chelsie Hartman, Andrew Hartman, David Hartman, and Melissa Friend and great-grandchildren, Jacob, Felicity, Allora, Scotland, Madison, Mariah, and Kylie. She is also survived by her brother, Steve (Nancy) Angeletti, along with extended family.
Linda is preceded in death by her parents, Strino and Minnie (Wright) Angeletti; her son, Donald Hartman, Jr.; and her brothers, Mike (Debbie) Angeletti and Danny Angeletti. Her impact on those she loved will be felt for generations.
Visitation will take place at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest, located at 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH, on June 26, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service will follow on June 27, 2025, at the same location, starting at 10:00 AM. Afterward, a graveside service will be held at Sunset Cemetery, located at 6959 W Broad St, Galloway, OH, beginning at 11:30 AM.
Linda Angeletti will be remembered as a pillar of strength and love in her family’s lives. Her legacy of hard work and dedication lives on in all who knew her.
