Linda Gail Bowling 76 of Lester WV surrounded by her family went to be with the lord on Friday August 29, 2025 following complications of a heart attack.
Our dear wife, mother, and grandmother was a wonderful person who was always there when we needed her most. Offering support, wisdom, and love in abundance. Her faith in Christ guided her every step of the way. All the glory goes to God for her Christian living and service. She will always be known for her unwavering faith and the love she showed her husband, children and grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her Father Rigg Heath, Mother Nora Cadle Heath, Sister Margaret Fannon, Brother Billy Heath, and Brother Johnny Heath.
She leaves behind a family that loved her dearly and that she loved dearly. Her husband of 59 years Larry " Buck " Bowling of Lester. Her Son Shawn Bowling and his wife Linda of Lester. Son Keith Bowling and his wife Kim of Beckley. Son Michael Bowling of Shady.
Her Grandchildren Shawn Bowling II and his wife Audri of Lester. Bryson Bowling and his wife Caiti of Coal City. Alex Bowling and his wife Krista of Beckley. Jackson, Maverick, Eli, Macie and Peyton Bowling.
Her Great Grandchildren Kingston, Coleson, Kelsie and Abigale due in October.
A sister Julie Chandler and her husband Bryan of Beckley. A sister Wanda Hatcher of Orlando Florida. A nephew Trevor Chandler of Beckley. And numerous cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held Thursday September 4, 2025 at the Lester First Church of God. Family and Friends may visit from 11 to 1 service to follow with burial at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.

We will forever cherish the joy and kindness you brought into our lives. Though you are deeply missed, your beautiful spirit and the memories we made together will live on in our hearts always.
