Linda June Coffman, age 77, of Kirby, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, July 29, 2025.
She was born in Murfreesboro on October 11, 1947. She was the daughter of Arlie Mack and Ethel Sweeden Mack. She is preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Helen Simmons; and her two brothers, Clarence Mack and J.D. Mack.
She was a member of Daisy Church of Christ. She married the love of her life, Gary, on October 1, 1965. Linda loved life and was known for her beautiful smile. She loved camping, fishing, and traveling. Most of all she loved being with her family and being Nanny to her grandchildren. Linda was a loving wife, mother, nanny, sister, and friend and she will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Gary Coffman; her daughter and son-in-law, Tonja and Mike Whisenhunt of Kirby; her son, Toby (Ginger) Coffman of Hot Springs; her grandchildren, Zack Wilson, Nathaniel (Ashley) Coffman, Sabrina Coffman, and Tristian Whisenhunt; her great-grandchildren, Cayelyn, Ardan, Kaysin, Leknox, Tribuis, Atlas, and Kamdyn; her two sisters and brother-in-law, Marie Cates of North Little Rock and Nadine and Terry Herald of North Little Rock; and many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and a host of wonderful friends.
Pallbearers will be Nathaniel Coffman, Timmy Mack., David Mack, Matt Mack, Jeffrey Herals, and Isaac Love.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Zack Wilson, Mike Whisenhunt, Delmas Simmons, Donnie Mack, Marty Mack, Leta Love, Dallas Simmons, Chad Cates, and Shane Herald.
The family would like to give a special thank you to Elite Hospice for their loving care.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31, 2025 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Smith Family Funeral Home Chapel- Glenwood.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, August 1, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Smith Family Funeral Home Chapel.
Interment will be held at Mt. Joy Cemetery.
