Linda V Pyper Cornelious
Passed away surrounded by her loved ones in her cozy home on December 21st, 2025.
Linda was born on April 15, 1946 to Marjorie and Jacob Pyper in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Linda married Tom Cornelious on February 10, 1990.
Tom once described Linda as "more cowboy than any cowboy I've ever known". She was tough as nails and made from grit. And that explanation of her was true until her very last day.
Linda would break horses as an afternoon hobby. Many years of her life were spent rodeoing, herding horses, and cowgirling up.
Linda is survived by her husband Tom, Sons Darin Griffiths (Bonnie), Jake Griffiths, Stepson Keaton Robertson, Siblings Jack Pyper (Souci) Bonnie Rose, Alice (Mike) Ellison, David (Debbie) Pyper, 5 Grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, as well as neices & nephews and many other loved ones.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Jacob & Marjorie Pyper as well as her sister, Kimberly Fausett and brother-in-law, Lindsay Fausett.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January, 3rd 2026 from 12-2pm at the American Legion, 730 N 200 W, Hurricane, Utah 84737.
Professional cremation services were performed by Spilsbury Mortuary, 110 South Bluff Street, St. George, Utah. 435-673-2454.
