Linda Ann Drake

Linda Ann Drake, 58, of Coventry, beloved wife for 32 years of Thomas Elliott Drake, passed away on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at St. Francis Hospital with her husband and her mother by her side. Born in Flushing, NY on September 1, 1967, daughter of Deanna (Ramponi) Negrotti and the late Frank A. Negrotti, she moved to Connecticut with her family as a young girl and was raised in Windsor Locks and East Granby. Linda graduated from East Granby High School with the Class of 1985, and continued her education at the University of Connecticut and later at Asnuntuck Community College. Linda started her career in the insurance industry working for Cigna and later for third party administrators for the past 25 years. Currently, Linda was working for DXC Technology where she enjoyed assisting clients with their benefits. In her spare time, she enjoyed reading, spending time with her friends and family, gardening around her home, and taking road trips. During the summer months, she looked forward to going to the beach, clamming, camping, and going for long walks. Most of all, Linda enjoyed the simple pleasure in life - having a long conversation with a family member or friend, relaxing at her home, and spending quality time with those she loved. She leaves her beloved husband, Thomas Drake; her mother, Deanna Negrotti of East Granby; and her daughter, Abigail Lee Drake of Coventry. Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family. The family requests that memorial contributions be made to Susan G.
