Linda Gail Enriquez, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, was born on January 25, 1952, in Dallas, Texas, to Arlin Neal "Dub" and Gladys (Scruggs) Yearout. She grew up in Pleasant Grove and later moved to Lancaster, where she and her husband, Andy, raised their family.

Linda, known affectionately by friends as "Shorty," was a woman of great intelligence, creativity, and curiosity. She worked as a hairdresser and later as a floral designer, always finding beauty in the world around her. A lover of crossword puzzles, reading, and collecting, Linda's interests were vast and ever-expanding. She had a particular fondness for owls, jewelry, books, and antiques, and was happiest when near water, often enjoying travel with her loved ones.

Though she was generally quiet, Linda had a vibrant personality, with a deep love for music and dancing. Her sharp wit and wicked sense of humor sometimes left people red-faced, especially during games of Cards Against Humanity. Linda also had a competitive spirit-she enjoyed playing softball, and was unbeatable at games like dominoes and spades.

Linda is preceded in death by her parents and her younger brother, Tim Yearout. She is survived by her husband, Andy; her son Shane and his wife Heidi; and her daughters, Windy and Stormy.

In addition to her children, Linda leaves behind her beloved grandchildren: David (and his wife Aleia), Deven (and his wife Tatjana), and Jake (and his fiancée Angelique); her sisters, Janet and Connie; and many nieces and nephews. She recently became a great-grandmother to Andreas. For over 50 years, Linda opened her heart and home to many others, loving them as her own. While not all biologically hers, many called her "Mrs. E," "Mom," or "Nannie." She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Linda's memory will live on in the countless lives she touched with her love and kindness. She is deeply loved and will be sorely missed.

The family will have a visitation for all who loved Linda from 2:00pm to 4:00pm on Saturday, November 29, 2025 at Byrum Funeral Home.
