Linda Lou Grawien, age 76, of Wausau, Wisconsin, passed on Wednesday, February 4, 2025, at Aspirus Wausau Hospital, in Wausau. She was born on November 5, 1949, in Merrill, Wisconsin, the daughter of Robert and Doris (Bruns) Yaeger. On April 27, 1968, she married Lloyd Grawien at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Pine River.
Linda was a kind, caring person who never knew a stranger. She could talk to anyone and would often be a calming influence in any situation without even trying. She enjoyed cooking, reading, sewing, and was a proud member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Wausau. She is survived by her husband, Lloyd; her beloved sons, Todd Grawien and Danny (Cindy) Grawien, and her two grandchildren, Jordan (Morgan) and Jayden.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Doris, and one sister, Melody.
A Memorial Gathering of family and friends will be held on Thursday, February 19th, 2026, from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Helke Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 302 Spruce St. Wausau, WI. Inurnment will be held in Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Wausau.
